PRESIDENT DIRECTOR

Mr. Ivan Pesik, Indonesian citizen, Bachelor of Business Administration from Pepperdine University, United States, in 2012.

He is appointed as President Director of the Company according to the resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting Of Shareholder 2022 as set forth in deed number 01 dated August 1, 2022 drawn up in the presence of Public Notary Joko Hanggono, SH., M.M., M.Kn., M.Hum., Notary in Tangerang, for the tenure up until 2025.

Mr Ivan Pesik has joined the Company since 2018 as Director of the Company. Mr. Ivan Pesik also serving as President Director of PT Apac Inti Corpora since 2022. President Director of PT Indah Jaya Londrindo since 2015. Director of PT Indah Jaya Textile Industry, PT Spinmill Indah Industry, and PT Terry Palmer Indonesia since 2015.

He has financial, management and family relationship with the Main and Controlling Shareholders, as well as members of the Board of Commissioners.

Bapak Ivan Pesik, warga Negara Indonesia, Sarjana Business Administration dari Peperdine University, Amerika Serikat, pada tahun 2012.

Beliau diangkat sebagai Presiden Direktur Perseroan berdasarkan keputusan RUPS Luar Biasa tahun 2022 sebagaimana telah dituangkan dalam akta nomor 01 tanggal 1 Agustus 2022 yang dibuat di hadapan Joko Hanggono, SH., M.M., M.Kn., M.Hum., Notaris di Tangerang, untuk masa jabatan sampai dengan tahun 2025.

Bapak Ivan Pesik telah bergabung dengan Perseroan sejak tahun 2018 sebagai Direktur Perseroan. Bapak Ivan Pesik juga menjabat sebagai Direktur Utama PT Apac Inti Corpora sejak tahun 2022. Direktur Utama PT Indah Jaya Londrindo sejak tahun 2015. Direktur PT Indah Jaya Textile Industry, PT Spinmill Indah Industry, dan PT Terry Palmer Indonesia sejak tahun 2015. Beliau memiliki hubungan afiliasi keuangan, kepengurusan, dan keluarga dengan Pemegang Saham Utama dan Pengendali, serta anggota Dewan Komisaris.

Ms. Kristina Bay Maca, Philipine citizen, Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, pada tahun 2006.

Ms. Kristina Bay Maca is appointed as Director of the Company according to the resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting Of Shareholder 2022 as set forth in deed number 01 dated August 1, 2022 drawn up in the presence of Public Notary Joko Hanggono, SH., M.M., M.Kn., M.Hum., Notary in Tangerang, for the tenure up until 2025.

Ms. Kristina Bay Maca is also serving as the Company’s Corporate Secretary and Director of PT Apac Inti Corpora since 2022. She has no financial, management, and family relationship with the Main and Controlling Shareholders,as well as members as of the Board of Commisioners and other members of the Board of Directors.

Beliau tidak memiliki hubungan afiliasi keuangan, kepengurusan, dan keluarga dengan Pemegang Saham Utama dan Pengendali, serta anggota Dewan Komisaris lainnya.
